Payment
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, Visa,
MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For all orders
placed before 5 pm CST Monday- Friday, charges will be processed
immediately. For order placed after hours or on the weekend,
charges will be processed on the following business day.
Order Status
Once your order has been submitted, you will receive an email
confirmation notice. Note: orders cannot be changed or cancelled
after submission.
Shipping
Orders will be shippeddirectly from BabysitterProducts.com @ SeekingSittersĀ®
Franchise System's Tulsa office via USPS Ground service (3-5 business days for delivery). Once
your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping
confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a
detailed summary of your order.
Insurance and
Return Policy: All orders are final. In the event that you
receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact
shopping@seekingsitters.com immediately. For an order to
be eligible for returns,
exchanges, or refunds, Shipping Insurance must have been
selected on the original order and any replacement requests will be decided on an individual customer
basis.
